		<description>Doug, omitting gory details, just wanted to let you know that **THIS** is the blog entry that I find oh-so-applicable to the present teaching environment in which I find myself.  Sigh.  You've said it much more completely than I could- I still resort to "Hellooooo, McFly!," which doesn't offer solutions or a foundation for dialogue. To quote several students (and some of their parents), "my bad."  Hope Spring Break provides some relaxation and rejuvenation!</description>
