		<description>Yeah, since you mention it, we should definitely embrace the prison model. This works by requiring kids to &lt;em&gt;earn&lt;/em&gt; the right to leave school when they turn 18. They can have the option of joining the military in lieu of graduation if they haven&#039;t been  in too much trouble. All our problems will be taken care of then.</description>
