Thanks for this post and especially to some links about what other classes are doing with this film. We've been showing this film as part of our justice curriculum for a number of years. I always enjoy the high level of thinking that goes into your posts and now I've found another Wendell Berry fan. I've been trying to merge into my own mind how the increased connectivity caused by web 2.0 technologies can be merged with the economic thought at the core of Distributivism. I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the possibilities. I think we all know where we are headed if the Western appetite for consumerism is passed to the growing middle classes of India and China. @ Doug
